How did you get into marketing?
I first got into marketing as an intern with a small company doing social media marketing and eventually became the social media coordinator managing all of their social sites every day. From there I knew I liked the marketing field and working for and with small businesses.
What do you like most about working with small business clients?
I love working with small businesses because I believe they are the backbone of our economy. Everywhere I go I try to support the small business whether it’s getting coffee or just grabbing a snack I love the small business atmosphere.
What do you like most about working at Main Street ROI?
MSROI is like a family. We are a great team that works well together and gets along. Despite our distance from each other and working mostly from home we still get together and spend time working, and doing fun stuff as a team. I like everyone I work with and love the environment that we have here.
What do you like to do outside of the office?
When I’m not working I am either chasing around my son Jasper, hanging with my wife Jessica, or watching soccer with family and friends. I love to stay active and don’t like to sit still for long. I also love the beach and everything about it.
What marketing trend are you most excited about for small businesses (and why)?
Small businesses have such a great H2H (Human to Human) interaction when it comes to their services that I believe if they integrate that into their marketing plans to show people that they are human and not just robots that could really hit home with a lot of people. In this age of social media and digital marketing I love seeing small businesses put a human touch on their marketing online and offline and reach their audience effectively.
