Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Phil is Founder and COO of Main Street ROI. Phil leads the company’s operations and is primary creator of Main Street ROI’s training programs.
Phil is an expert in online advertising, marketing analytics, and sales funnel optimization. Phil’s marketing thought leadership has been published on Forbes.com, Inc.com, MSN.com, and many other major business media outlets.
Phil earned his Master of Engineering Management degree from Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from Dartmouth College. While attending Dartmouth, Phil started every game on the varsity football team as the defensive safety.
When Phil is not working, he enjoys running in his “backyard” (Central Park in New York City). Phil lives with his wife Erin, daughter Violet, and son Emmett in Manhattan.
Founder & Chief Marketing Officer
Peter is Founder and CMO of Main Street ROI. At Main Street ROI, Peter oversees client SEO campaigns and leads the company’s marketing initiatives, including developing strategic partnerships.
Peter is an expert at direct-response copywriting, email marketing, conversion strategy and search engine optimization (SEO). Peter’s marketing thought leadership has been published on leading business news sources including Forbes.com, Inc.com, FoxBusiness.com, MSN.com.
Peter earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard College.
Prior to Main Street ROI, Peter was a drummer in New York City, where he recorded albums and performed with various rock bands and hip-hop bands.
He lives with his wife Samantha and sons Ian and Adam in Connecticut.
Client Services & Partnerships
Morgan is the Senior Advisor for Client Services & Partnerships at Main Street ROI. She oversees day to day client management for search engine optimization (SEO), Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and email marketing accounts. Morgan also manages Main Street ROI’s referral partnerships with marketing consultants, agencies, and other partners.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Writing from Montclair State University. She started working with small businesses right out of college by building cost effective, high converting websites. After working with small agencies for a few years, she became a Digital Marketing Advisor at a large Digital Marketing Agency in Manhattan. She’s helped manage the online campaigns of small businesses across many business verticals. She aims to provide top-notch service and enjoys building strong relationships with her clients.
When away from the computer, you can find Morgan teaching a yoga class or spending time with her mixed breed dog, Jagger (and yes, he’s got the moves!). As a native New Yorker, she always enjoys a good bagel and will be loyal to the New York Giants no matter how badly they are playing.
Digital Marketing Advisor
Kaitlin is a Digital Marketing Advisor at Main Street ROI. She is responsible for overseeing online marketing campaigns, as well as being a main point of contact for clients. Kaitlin oversees campaigns such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing and social media marketing.
Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish: Business and Translation and Communication from Northern Illinois University. Since graduation, Kaitlin has worked in many Sales Industries, including Financial, Magazine and Website Advertising, Admissions and Non-Profit. Working side by side with many Small Businesses, she loves to see her clients grow and succeed.
Kaitlin resides in Florida and enjoys hanging outdoors with her husband, son, Trace, and dog, Maddux, running and reading. Growing up in Illinois, Kaitlin was born and raised a die-hard Cubs Fan. Go Cubbies! Kaitlin serves on the Young Professionals of St. Lucie County Leadership Council.
Jason is a Marketing Adviser at Main Street ROI. He is primarily responsible for selling search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) services to clients, while also contributing to the success of Main Street ROI’s digital marketing campaigns.
Jason received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami, graduating with a double major in Communications and English. He then started his professional career in Southern California, while working in the large-scale industrial flooring, pharmaceutical, and social media sales industries. In 2011, Jason was chosen to be the face of the “ScoliScore” pilot program (on behalf of Smith & Nephew Orthopedics), successfully launching an innovative, DNA-based product geared toward helping children deal with the long-term effects of scoliosis.
When Jason is not working, he enjoys long-distance running, going to comedy clubs and being a doting and devoted uncle to his seven nieces and nephews. Figuring “when in Rome”, Jason had a short side-career, moonlighting as an actor while living in Los Angeles…and, yes, he will gladly talk about his experiences working on “Dark Seas: Chupacabra” if prompted.
Client Success Manager
Keith is the Client Success Manager at Main Street ROI. In this role, Keith is responsible for on-boarding new clients, shepherding client projects, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Keith has several years of experience managing client relationships for companies like Yahoo! Search Marketing and MySpace. Previous clients included Kentucky Grilled Chicken, Armani Exchange and Ford Motor Company. Keith is an internet evangelist who is very optimistic about the disruptive nature of the internet and bringing Fortune 100 marketing concepts and practices to the small and medium sized businesses that drive the American economy.
Keith is located in the Greater New York area. Outside of work he enjoys cooking, woodworking and gaming.
Content Marketing Manager
Kate is the Content Marketing Manager at Main Street ROI. She oversees our email newsletter, blog and social media content. She is also responsible for developing and managing our content partnerships.
Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and English with a concentration in Organizational Communication from Rutgers University. She’s worked across a variety of business verticals from education to event planning. Kate has experience managing social media and marketing accounts for various small businesses and specializes in providing excellent customer service and client management.
Kate loves traveling, theatre, and exploring local restaurants. Kate lives in Hoboken, NJ where she enjoys taking and teaching yoga classes and testing out new recipes in the kitchen.
Digital Advertising Analyst
Lisa is a Digital Advertising Analyst at Main Street ROI. She is responsible for planning and optimizing paid search campaigns for our clients, with a primary focus on generating web leads and improving ROI from ad spend.
Lisa comes to us with more than five years of SEM experience and has managed accounts across a variety of top brands and Fortune 500 companies, ranging from retail to education to real estate. She holds a degree in Mass Media Studies from Hofstra University.
Outside of digital marketing, Lisa enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching bad reality television, and playing country music with her band.
Digital Advertising Analyst
Kwasi is a Digital Advertising Analyst at Main Street ROI. He is responsible for planning and optimizing paid search campaigns for our clients, with a primary focus on generating web leads and improving ROI from ad spend.
Over the years, Kwasi has worked with startups and Fortune 500 brands to improve their marketing. He earned his Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Principe College, with a minor in Economics.
When he’s not analyzing digital advertising data, Kwasi likes to travel, spend time with family and try new places to eat.
Digital Advertising Analyst
Jane is a Digital Advertising Analyst at Main Street ROI. She helps research, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns for clients.
Jane received a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard and an MBA from Columbia University. She worked at Microsoft on the Bing team and has experience in search, display, programmatic and various forms of performance based advertising.
Outside of the office Jane likes to play squash and watch mysteries on Netflix.
Digital Advertising Analyst
Kotaro is a Digital Advertising Analyst at Main Street ROI. He helps research, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for clients.
Kotaro originally started his career as a graphic designer in a non-profit organization. Then, in 2008, the CEO approached Kotaro and asked him to create ads on Google. Kotaro was excited by the immediate results of his ads and has become a paid search specialist over the years by working with a boutique design agency and e-commerce company.
Outside of work Kotaro spends his time reading, practicing guitar and watching documentaries on various subjects on YouTube.
Kirsten is a Web Developer and Marketing Technologist at Main Street ROI. She is responsible for optimizing client websites for SEO, building mobile-friendly websites, creating advertising landing pages, as well as installing and configuring various marketing tools for our clients.
Kirsten earned her Bachelor degree in Medical Imaging and has a minor in Psychology. She moved from the Netherlands, to France and later to the U.S., where she started a new career. She became an online entrepreneur, building, designing and selling websites. Later she moved on to become a freelance web developer assisting clients with their projects, while on the side studying to become a certified web developer.
When not behind a screen, Kirsten enjoys walking with her dogs, playing the piano and – in the Dutch tradition – biking. After school time she is busy taking care of her three kids and enjoys spending time with them.
David is a web developer at Main Street ROI. He is responsible for creating and managing client websites, as well as other technical aspects of our business. David graduated Valedictorian of his high school class and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with minors in Mathematics and Physical Science.
David took an interest in computers and programming at an early age, assembling his own PC’s and learning to create websites at the age of 10. He qualified for MENSA during elementary school and would continue to excel in high school, especially in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) courses.
David has worked for several space and defense entities, including NASA, General Dynamics, ITT Corporation, Northrop Grumman, the U.S. Army, and SRA International.
In his spare time, David likes to work out, read up on nutrition, follow the latest happenings in the sport of boxing, and keep up with current events.
Alex is a web developer at Main Street ROI. He is responsible for building and managing client websites.
Alex has done work for the NYC Department of Transportation, Strategic Urban Solutions Inc., TIAA-CREF, Peak Trading Corporation, Continuum Health Partners, and various New York entrepreneurs.
Alex has always been interested in working with patterns. These may be patterns that are found in coding languages or the visual patterns found in Nature. The branching pattern of a tree can provide a source for developing code for websites.
He attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and graduated from Parsons School of Design.
In addition to web development, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, designing permaculture gardens, creating still life paintings, tinkering with geometric shapes, and listening to folk music.
Julian is a web developer at Main Street ROI. He is responsible for creating and managing client websites.
Julian’s long term goal is to become a UX/UI Professional. This journey started during one of his first jobs as a Field Marketer for Friedman Marketing. During his time at Friedman Julian discovered his passion for creating the best user experience possible. He is determined to live by that mantra not only in web development but also in music and design.

Elliot is a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) analyst at Main Street ROI. He is responsible for producing website audits and developing monthly SEO plans for clients.
With over 5 years experience in SEO, digital marketing and web development, Elliot has worked with businesses small and large following graduation from Southampton Solent University in the UK, where he earned his Bachelor of Science ICT degree. He enjoys the “nitty gritty” of analytics; breaking down data and helping clients grow their business with meticulous project planning, execution and thinking outside of the box.
Aside from SEO, Elliot is a big soccer fan, enjoys craft beer, music festivals and documentaries. He is also a part time day trader; which developed from his passion for research, analytics and interpreting chart data.
Peter is an SEO analyst at Main Street ROI. He is responsible for the development of SEO strategies which enable clients to become more competitive via organic search.
Peter is an expert in data-driven digital marketing with particular focus on SEO and SEM. Always employing a structured and quantitative approach, he helps clients to use their marketing as a means to achieve growth but also to gain valuable insight into their marketplace, customers and digital future.
Peter earned his BA at McGill University in Montreal, before spending a few years working at digital agencies and the burgeoning startup scene in Berlin, Germany. Upon returning to New York City, Peter spent two years as a consultant at Digital Prism Advisors, a corporate digital strategy consultancy.
When Peter is not working, he enjoys bouncing around New York City or bouncing around the the mountains, beaches and woods within a few hours of the city.
Writer & Social Media Coordinator
Lisa is a writer at Main Street ROI. She is responsible for creating articles, blogs, and website content for our clients, as well as both internal and external social media campaigns.
In nearly a decade as a freelance writer and editor, Lisa has worked for a variety of clients from major national publications to small family-owned companies. She holds a BA in psychology and is able to put herself into customers’ mindsets to understand their needs and desires. Her goal is to provide actionable, useful content that is written for human readers, yet ranks well in web searches.
Lisa’s home base is Central Florida, but she has been bitten by the travel bug and loves roaming the country. In her spare time, Lisa is pursuing a graduate education in astrophysics. She also enjoys video games, reading, theater, and dance.
Kellye is a writer at Main Street ROI. She writes blog posts, articles, and website copy for our clients.
After earning her journalism degree from Arizona State University, Kellye worked as an in-house writer/editor for a PR firm, publishing company, and international environmental association, sampling life in the most dynamic U.S. metros. Before one pending move, her then-employer invited her to continue working, remotely. She has worked remotely ever since writing and editing for newspapers, magazines, and an assortment of businesses, currently from her Fort Worth home base.
A flexible schedule allows her to spend time with her husband, teen, tween, and two dogs and enjoy her passions: running, gardening, cooking, road-tripping, and working on the family’s 1920s-fixer upper.
Melanie is a writer at Main Street ROI. She writes article, blog, and website content for our clients.
After spending years working in corporate roles with companies such as Nielsen, McKinsey & Company, and the Gulf Coast Business Review, she changed her focus to use that corporate insight to benefit small to medium-sized businesses in their marketing and writing needs. She earned her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from National University and her Bachelor of Arts in Writing from the University of Tampa. She aims to create content that’s evergreen because she thinks great copy stands the test of any Google algorithm.
Melanie lives in Tampa, Florida, where she prides herself on the fact that it never snows. Whenever she’s not writing, she loves going to Disney World, the Audubon Insectarium in New Orleans, and to 38 Special concerts.
Holley is a Graphic Designer for Main Street ROI. She is responsible for digitally illustrating & designing blog images, product images, logos, and more.
With over twelve years of experience in Production Art, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Print Production, Art Direction, and Brand Consulting , she works remotely for companies & clients all over the US.
Holley has worked hand in hand with a variety of large and small businesses including The Country Music Hall of Fame, DISH Magazine, Daily & Weekly Newspapers, Large & Small Monthly Magazines, Digital Magazines, Online Merchandising Companies, Advertising Houses, Marketing Firms, and several Billboard companies. She holds a BA in Graphic Design & Visual Communications from Nossi College of Art, from her home town of Nashville, TN.
In her spare time, Holley divides herself between her family, friends, donating her time & skills to local not for profits as well as traveling for LARP & Amtgard events all with-in the TX & OK areas where she currently lives.
Client Operations Manager
Andrea is our Client Operations Manager. She’s here to help make client onboarding a breeze, and ensure our client projects run smoothly. Andrea brings years of multi-tasking experience after working in IT project management departments for companies like Pfizer and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
She has a degree in English from Western Michigan University. When not on the phones and on the laptop, Andrea spends a lot of time relaxing at home in Michigan with her husband and son, always waiting for football season to start again. Go Bears!
Nicole is the Marketing Coordinator at Main Street ROI. She is responsible for all of the email marketing, product fulfillment, and social media campaigns each and every week.
Before joining the Main Street ROI family, Nicole worked for Grey Direct as an Account Executive on the Chase account. Nicole graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a degree in Speech Communications.
Nicole works primarily from her home office in Stratford, CT while raising her 2 beautiful children, Nathan and Portia.
Digital Marketing Analyst
Michael is a Digital Marketing Analyst at Main Street ROI. He helps research, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns for clients.
Michael is in his fourth year at Hofstra University where he studies marketing and business. He plans to obtain his MBA after graduating.
Outside of school and work Michael spends his time with his family, playing golf with friends, and cheering on the Yankees and the Patriots while shaking his head at the Knicks. He is also an avid fan of European Soccer.

Joshua is a Digital Marketing Analyst at Main Street ROI. He helps research, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns for clients.
Joshua earned a Bachelor Degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing at Nyack College. After graduation he started work in social media marketing and for almost two years helped small businesses with their social sites and campaigns. Now as a member of our team Joshua is focusing on helping client’s craft, and achieve success in their digital marketing campaigns.
Outside of the office Joshua loves spending time with his family, playing yard and board games, and supporting his favorite European Soccer team Manchester United.
