Phil is an expert in online advertising, marketing analytics, and sales funnel optimization. Phil’s marketing thought leadership has been published on Forbes.com, Inc.com, MSN.com, and many other major business media outlets.
Phil earned his Master of Engineering Management degree from Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from Dartmouth College. While attending Dartmouth, Phil started every game on the varsity football team as the defensive safety.
When Phil is not working, he enjoys running in his “backyard” (Central Park in New York City). Phil lives with his wife Erin, daughter Violet, and son Emmett in Manhattan.
Peter is Co-Founder and President of Main Street ROI. At Main Street ROI, Peter oversees Main Street ROI’s client operations and strategic partnerships.

She is responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and assisting the sales process for our white label and reseller partners. Kaitlin helps our partners provide services like search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, WordPress and social media marketing.
Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish: Business and Translation and Communication. Since graduation, Kaitlin has worked in many Sales Industries, including Financial, Magazine and Website Advertising, Admissions and Non-Profit. Working side by side with many Small Businesses, she loves to see her clients grow and succeed.

Maisah has a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a Media Studies concentration from Kennesaw State University. Morgan is an Account Manager at Main Street ROI. She oversees day to day client management for search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, Facebook Ads and email marketing accounts. Morgan also helps manage Main Street ROI’s referral partnerships with marketing consultants, agencies, and other partners.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Writing from Montclair State University. She started working with small businesses right out of college by building cost effective, high converting websites. After working with small agencies for a few years, she became a Digital Marketing Advisor at a large Digital Marketing Agency in Manhattan. She’s helped manage the online campaigns of small businesses across many business verticals. She aims to provide top-notch service and enjoys building strong relationships with her clients.
When away from the computer, you can find Morgan teaching a yoga class or spending time with her mixed breed dog, Jagger (and yes, he’s got the moves!). As a native New Yorker, she always enjoys a good bagel and will be loyal to the New York Giants no matter how badly they are playing.

Frankie is a Client Services Manager at Main Street ROI. Frankie develops marketing strategies for clients, as well as trains, supervises, and manages a team of Analysts to implement digital marketing campaigns She has expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, among other internet marketing initiatives.
Frankie has over 10 years of experience in digital marketing for a wide range of industries, where she has driven additional business and revenue through various online avenues.
Frankie graduated with a double major in Public Relations and Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University.
When Frankie is not working, you can find her enjoying any outdoor activity, spending time with family and friends, or cheering on her favorite hockey team (Flyers) and her favorite college football team (Penn State).
Kelly is a Digital Advertising Analyst at Main Street ROI. She has managed advertising campaigns for dozens of small businesses since graduating college in 2014. Her expertise is in competitive research, landing page optimization, and writing creative ad copy to increase conversions in various advertising campaigns.
Kelly earned two degrees in Website Design and Marketing Management. Over the years, she has worked in many industries, including chiropractic, manufacturing, software, legal, eCommerce, home improvement, and direct mail. Her passion is to help small businesses improve their online presence, implement marketing automation, and generate website leads.
When she is not on the computer, Kelly loves to try new recipes, work in the yard, and go on adventures with her family. She lives with her husband, daughter, and dog (who likes to think he is human) in Pensacola, FL. Riley is an Ad Analyst at Main Street ROI, specializing in Google Ads. He is responsible for ensuring that client advertising goals are met through research and thoughtful consideration of client wants and needs.

Elise is an Ad Specialist at Main Street ROI and she works primarily on Google Ads accounts. Elise has worked in SEM since 2017 across a variety of industries, including automotive, entertainment, retail and insurance. She likes working with large data sets to develop insights and recommendations to help drive business decisions, and especially enjoys being able to blend this information with audience targeting/behaviors to learn what marketing tactics appeal to consumers and compel them to convert.
Outside of work, she really enjoys cooking/baking, working out, travelling and learning new languages, and cheering on her favorite Formula 1 teams when they’re in season.
Maura is an Ads Specialist at Main Street ROI. She has managed paid and organic advertising campaigns of all sizes, budgets, and goals. Her expertise lies mainly with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, but she has 7+ years experience in brand management, social media marketing, and website development.
Maura graduated with a degree in Media Communications from Christopher Newport University, and went on to graduate with a degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama. Roll Tide!

Jason Mize is an SEO Analyst for Main Street ROI. Before joining MSROI, Jason ran his own web firm specializing in creating and expanding the online presence of small to mid-sized businesses. He is experienced in WordPress and SEO and is well versed in the life cycle of a website from ideation to implementation.
When not working, Jason can normally be found fly fishing, reading, or just hanging out with his wife and dog (usually by water of some sort).
Katy Bailey is an SEO Analyst at Main Street ROI. A few of her responsibilities include performing website audits, conducting keyword research, and developing monthly SEO plans for clients.
She completed her bachelor’s degree in marketing with an emphasis in journalism.
In the past decade, she has been able to work directly in several different industries, including ecommerce, publishing, and financial services. She specializes in SEO, customer experience, and Google Analytics. She is incredibly passionate about helping small businesses become more visible online.
She lives in Central Wisconsin with her husband, three dogs, and cat. When not in front of the computer, you can find her out walking the dogs, re-watching old episodes of “The Office” (US Version), or continuing the restoration of her 100-year old Victorian farmhouse.
Carmen is an SEO Specialist at Main Street ROI. She has a degree in Digital Marketing and an MBA with many years of entrepreneurial experience in online marketing, WordPress development, and web programming for small businesses. She lives in North Florida and can usually be found in her garden planting flowers and pineapple tops, reading on the patio with her cat curled up beside her, or trying out some tantalizing new recipe in the kitchen.

Abby is a Marketing Analyst at Main Street ROI. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and brings years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and client communication and relationship management. Working closely with many clients and small business owners over the years, she is passionate about helping clients succeed. She can’t wait to help more people and watch her passions grow at MSROI.
Abby lives in the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains in California and spends most of her free time hiking and adventuring with her family and beloved Service Dog, Copper Jo. She loves being able to travel from the beautiful mountains to the beach in only the span of a few hours. When not outside, you can find her curled up with a good book, watching one of her favorite TV shows, playing board games, cooking, or relaxing with a puzzle.
Michael is a Client Operations Manager at Main Street ROI. He is responsible for making our Consultants’ marketing plans a reality by assigning tasks to the appropriate team members, monitoring deadlines, and reporting on progress.
Michael is a graduate of Hofstra University where he studied marketing and business.
Outside of school and work Michael spends his time with his family, playing golf with friends, and cheering on the Yankees and the Patriots while shaking his head at the Knicks. He is also an avid fan of European Soccer.

Andrea handles billing, customer service, and operations at Main Street ROI. She brings years of multi-tasking experience after working in IT project management departments for companies like Pfizer and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
She has a degree in English from Western Michigan University. When not on the phones and on the laptop, Andrea spends a lot of time relaxing at home in Michigan with her husband and son, always waiting for football season to start again. Go Bears!
Sadie is an Operations Coordinator for Main Street ROI. She graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science.

As an Operations Assistant for Main Street ROI, Terry supports the Operations Team with behind-the-scenes work. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina and worked for the US Geological Survey for 20+ years.
Terry “retired” to teach yoga and help professionals reduce stress, writing several books on the subject. After eight years as a solopreneur, she is very much ready to be part of a great team again!

She stumbled upon her first SEO writing opportunity around 6 years ago on a website for moms, not even knowing what the term meant. But she has always kept a blog and was glad to find a way to work from home in order to be with her two sons.
