Phil Frost

Phil is Founder and COO of Main Street ROI. Phil leads the company’s operations and is primary creator of Main Street ROI’s training programs.

Phil is an expert in online advertising, marketing analytics, and sales funnel optimization. Phil’s marketing thought leadership has been published on,,, and many other major business media outlets.

Phil earned his Master of Engineering Management degree from Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from Dartmouth College. While attending Dartmouth, Phil started every game on the varsity football team as the defensive safety.

When Phil is not working, he enjoys running in his “backyard” (Central Park in New York City). Phil lives with his wife Erin, daughter Violet, and son Emmett in Manhattan.

Peter Kennedy

Peter is Founder and CMO of Main Street ROI. At Main Street ROI, Peter leads the company’s internal marketing initiatives. Peter also oversees Main Street ROI’s SEO client operations and strategic partnerships.

Peter is an expert at direct-response copywriting, email marketing, conversion strategy, and search engine optimization (SEO). Peter’s marketing thought leadership has been published on leading business news sources including,,,

Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts degree (A.B.), magna cum laude, from Harvard University.

Prior to Main Street ROI, Peter was a drummer in New York City, where he recorded albums and performed with various rock bands and hip-hop bands.

Kaitlin Smith

Kaitlin is a Partner Success Manager at Main Street ROI. She is responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and assisting the sales process for our white label and reseller partners.  Kaitlin helps our partners provide services like search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, and social media marketing.

Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish: Business and Translation and Communication from Northern Illinois University. Since graduation, Kaitlin has worked in many Sales Industries, including Financial, Magazine and Website Advertising, Admissions and Non-Profit. Working side by side with many Small Businesses, she loves to see her clients grow and succeed.

Kaitlin resides in Port St. Lucie, FL and enjoys hanging outdoors with her husband, son, Trace, and dog, Maddux, running and reading. Growing up in Illinois, Kaitlin was born and raised a die-hard Cubs Fan. Go Cubbies! Kaitlin serves on the Young Professionals of St. Lucie County Leadership Council.

Morgan Gertler

Morgan is the Client & Partner Success Manager at Main Street ROI. She oversees day to day client management for search engine optimization (SEO), Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and email marketing accounts. Morgan also manages Main Street ROI’s referral partnerships with marketing consultants, agencies, and other partners.

Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Writing from Montclair State University. She started working with small businesses right out of college by building cost effective, high converting websites. After working with small agencies for a few years, she became a Digital Marketing Advisor at a large Digital Marketing Agency in Manhattan. She’s helped manage the online campaigns of small businesses across many business verticals. She aims to provide top-notch service and enjoys building strong relationships with her clients.

When away from the computer, you can find Morgan teaching a yoga class or spending time with her mixed breed dog, Jagger (and yes, he’s got the moves!). As a native New Yorker, she always enjoys a good bagel and will be loyal to the New York Giants no matter how badly they are playing.

Jessica Barzler


Jessica is a Client Success Manager at Main Street ROI. In this role, Jessica is responsible for on-boarding and managing client projects.

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s in Communication at Oregon State University with a focus in Marketing.

After years of working in the Public Relations industry, Jessica found herself acquiring a knack for digital marketing and project management. Shortly after, Jessica transitioned to a freelance consultant working with small to medium sized companies growing their social media presence and managing marketing campaigns.

Over the past six years, Jessica has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients such as College Housing Northwest, Oregon Department of Agriculture, Oregon State University, Multnomah Farms, Premier Kitchen & Bath and CAI Oregon.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys early morning yoga, reading and traveling.

Aleena Azhar


Aleena is a Client Success Manager at Main Street ROI. Aleena is responsible for managing client accounts/projects.

Aleena earned her dual degree at Chapman University in Business Management. She has been working at tech start-ups since her junior year of college, by designing websites for enterprise level clients. After that, she started working with another company, creating SMS mobile marketing strategies. After graduation, Aleena moved to North Carolina to be the Regional Marketing Manager for Ben & Jerry’s.

When not working, Aleena is a full-time travel blogger and photographer. You’ll see her adventuring from coast to coast.

Billing & Customer Service

Andrea Rozman

Andrea handles Billing and Customer Service at Main Street ROI. She brings years of multi-tasking experience after working in IT project management departments for companies like Pfizer and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

She has a degree in English from Western Michigan University. When not on the phones and on the laptop, Andrea spends a lot of time relaxing at home in Michigan with her husband and son, always waiting for football season to start again. Go Bears!

SEO & Ad Consultant

Elliot Allan

Elliot is an SEO and Advertising Consultant at Main Street ROI with expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital advertising. He is responsible for producing website audits, monthly SEO plans, and advertising setup and management for clients.

With over 5 years experience in SEO, digital advertising and web development, Elliot has worked with businesses small and large following graduation from Southampton Solent University in the UK, where he earned his Bachelor of Science ICT degree. He enjoys the “nitty gritty” of analytics; breaking down data and helping clients grow their business with meticulous project planning, execution and thinking outside of the box.

Aside from SEO, Elliot is a big soccer fan, enjoys craft beer, music festivals and documentaries. He is also a part time day trader; which developed from his passion for research, analytics and interpreting chart data.

Erica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of San Francisco.  She is an out of the box thinker with experience working with large and small businesses from finance to biotechnology.

Erica has a passion for digital and performance marketing, and takes pleasure in helping clients reach their business goals.

Katy Babylon is an Ad Consultant at Main Street ROI. Katy helps research, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns for clients.

Katy is a Digital Marketing professional with fourteen years of experience building successful search marketing campaigns across industries and platforms. She brings deep, hands-on experience using a wide variety of digital advertising platforms including; Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Microsoft AdCenter, Yahoo Gemini, AdRoll, Facebook, LinkedIn, Optimizely, Marin, Kenshoo and Criteo.

Katy lives on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire with her crazy cute Frenchie, Lola.

Kotaro Ueda

Kotaro is a Digital Advertising Analyst at Main Street ROI. He helps research, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for clients.

Kotaro originally started his career as a graphic designer in a non-profit organization. Then, in 2008, the CEO approached Kotaro and asked him to create ads on Google. Kotaro was excited by the immediate results of his ads and has become a paid search specialist over the years by working with a boutique design agency and e-commerce company.

Outside of work Kotaro spends his time reading, practicing guitar and watching documentaries on various subjects on YouTube.

Senior SEO Consultant

Megan Boyd


Megan is a Senior SEO Consultant at Main Street ROI. She helps train our SEO team and is responsible for the development of SEO strategies which enable clients to become more competitive via organic search.

Megan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2007. During college, she began a blogging career focusing her attention on learning and developing SEO techniques to rank her websites. She has worked with several large brands including Reebok, Nutrisystem and Planet Fitness. In 2012, she left the blogging world and began helping small businesses with their SEO and online marketing.

When she’s not working her SEO magic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children at her home in Greensboro, NC. She also enjoys playing video games, cooking, watching ASMR videos and going to rock music concerts.

Dani Cook

Dani is an SEO Consultant at Main Street ROI.For several years Dani has worked both independently and with agencies assisting small and medium size businesses in building their online presence. Her areas of expertise include SEO, social media and WordPress design. In a previous life she owned and operated her own restaurant at the Jersey Shore. She has never met Snooki.

When not busy at work, Dani loves spending time with her husband and their four dogs, cat, rabbit and chickens. She also rescues and fosters dogs as a volunteer with a local rescue. She can often be found at concerts and listening to Pink Floyd and The Moody Blues.

Dianna is an SEO Consultant at Main Street ROI. For over fifteen years Dianna has focused on B2B & B2C relationships with companies ranging from small to Fortune 500. Her goal is to help each client drive revenue, gain targeted, qualified leads, and increase their ROI.

Dianna has an in-depth understanding of digital marketing, website usability, conversion rate optimization, and project management. Dianna continually updates her technical education to stay abreast in search engine visibility across multiple channels.

Aileen is an SEO Analyst for Main Street ROI.  Some of her responsibilities include analyzing clients’ existing website and web presence.  After performing extensive keyword, audience, and industry research, she constructs a customized SEO strategy for the client that will help them meet their business goals.

She holds over 10 certifications in marketing, including Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.  She loves working with businesses of all sizes and finds enjoyment in helping clients achieve their goals.

She lives between New York City and Los Angeles and loves photography, writing, and traveling.

Michael Cianciulli

Michael is a Client Operations Manager at Main Street ROI. He is responsible for making our Consultants’ marketing plans a reality by assigning tasks to the appropriate team members, monitoring deadlines, and reporting on progress.

Michael is a graduate of Hofstra University where he studied marketing and business.

Outside of school and work Michael spends his time with his family, playing golf with friends, and cheering on the Yankees and the Patriots while shaking his head at the Knicks. He is also an avid fan of European Soccer.

Kim Correll


Kim is a content writer for Main Street ROI. She is responsible for writing articles, web page content, and blogs for our clients.

Kim earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education at Virginia Tech. She taught 5th grade for 3 years in NC public schools before working for a local credit union for a few years. After becoming a mom she decided to stay home. She stumbled upon her first SEO writing opportunity around 6 years ago on a website for moms, not even knowing what the term meant. But she has always kept a blog and was glad to find a way to work from home in order to be with her two sons. She also teaches preschool music two days a week and occasionally substitute teaches at her kids’ elementary school.

Kim lives in Winston Salem, NC with her husband and 2 sons. She enjoys swimming, the beach, reading, writing, playing the guitar, singing, and watching football and soccer.

After spending years working in corporate roles with companies such as Nielsen, McKinsey & Company, and the Gulf Coast Business Review, she changed her focus to use that corporate insight to benefit small to medium-sized businesses in their marketing and writing needs. She earned her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from National University and her Bachelor of Arts in Writing from the University of Tampa. Holley Bimson

Holley is a Graphic Designer for Main Street ROI. She is responsible for digitally illustrating & designing blog images, product images, logos, and more.

With over twelve years of experience in Production Art, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Print Production, Art Direction, and Brand Consulting , she works remotely for companies & clients all over the US.

Holley has worked hand in hand with a variety of large and small businesses including The Country Music Hall of Fame, DISH Magazine, Daily & Weekly Newspapers, Large & Small Monthly Magazines, Digital Magazines, Online Merchandising Companies, Advertising Houses, Marketing Firms, and several Billboard companies. She holds a BA in Graphic Design & Visual Communications from Nossi College of Art, from her home town of Nashville, TN.

Nicole Lisanti

Nicole is the Marketing Coordinator at Main Street ROI. She is responsible for all of the email marketing, product fulfillment, and social media campaigns each and every week.

Before joining the Main Street ROI family, Nicole worked for Grey Direct as an Account Executive on the Chase account. Nicole graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a degree in Speech Communications.

Nicole works primarily from her home office in Stratford, CT while raising her 2 beautiful children, Nathan and Portia.
