Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Phil is Founder and COO of Main Street ROI. Phil leads the company’s operations and is primary creator of Main Street ROI’s training programs.
Phil is an expert in online advertising, marketing analytics, and sales funnel optimization. Phil’s marketing thought leadership has been published on Forbes.com, Inc.com, MSN.com, and many other major business media outlets.
Phil earned his Master of Engineering Management degree from Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from Dartmouth College. While attending Dartmouth, Phil started every game on the varsity football team as the defensive safety.
When Phil is not working, he enjoys running “barefoot” (he wears huarache sandals since his wife no longer lets him run totally barefoot) in Central Park in New York City. He is also a member of the Determination running team where he raises money for the American Cancer Society by running road races in the 5 boroughs of NYC.
Phil lives with his wife Erin and daughter Violet in Manhattan.

Peter is Founder and CMO of Main Street ROI. At Main Street ROI, Peter leads the company’s growth initiatives, including developing strategic partnerships.
Peter is an expert at direct-response copywriting, email marketing, conversion strategy and search engine optimization (SEO). Peter’s marketing thought leadership has been published on leading business news sources including Forbes.com, Inc.com, FoxBusiness.com, MSN.com.
Peter earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.
Before Main Street ROI, Peter was a drummer in New York City, where he recorded albums and performed regularly with various rock and hip-hop bands. He misses his former life as a rockstar, but being co-founder of Main Street ROI is almost as cool.
He lives with his wife Samantha and son Ian in Connecticut.
Morgan is an Account Manager at Main Street ROI. She is responsible for overseeing online marketing campaigns, as well as being a main point of contact for clients. Morgan oversees campaigns such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) email marketing and social media marketing.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Writing from Montclair State University. She started working with small businesses right out of college by building cost effective, high converting websites. After working with small agencies for a few years, she became an Account Manager at a large Digital Marketing Agency in Manhattan. She’s helped manage the online campaigns of small businesses across many business verticals. She aims to provide top-notch service and enjoys building strong relationships with her clients.
When away from the computer, you can find Morgan teaching a yoga class or spending time with her mixed breed dog, Jagger (and yes, he’s got the moves!). As a native New Yorker, she always enjoys a good bagel and will be loyal to the New York Giants no matter how badly they are playing.
Holly is the Project Manager at Main Street ROI. She is responsible for overseeing all online marketing campaigns. Holly oversees campaigns pertaining to search engine optimization (SEO), online advertising, email marketing and social media marketing. She is also certified in Google AdWords.
Holly earned a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin. She also completed the University’s Business Foundations Certificate, which is equivalent to a business minor. She has previous experience with copywriting and SEO in the dental industry.
In her free time, Holly can be found either attending a concert or reading a book with a cup of tea. As a native Texan, she can still be found cheering on her favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys, all the way from Manhattan.
Lisa is an AdWords Analyst at Main Street ROI. She is responsible for planning and optimizing paid search campaigns for our clients, with a primary focus on generating web leads and improving ROI from ad spend.
Lisa comes to us with more than five years of SEM experience and has managed accounts across a variety of top brands and Fortune 500 companies, ranging from retail to education to real estate. She holds a degree in Mass Media Studies from Hofstra University.
Outside of digital marketing, Lisa enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching bad reality television, and playing country music with her band.
Kwasi is an AdWords Analyst at Main Street ROI. He is responsible for planning and optimizing paid search campaigns for our clients, with a primary focus on generating web leads and improving ROI from ad spend.
Over the years, Kwasi has worked with startups and Fortune 500 brands to improve their marketing. He earned his Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Principe College, with a minor in Economics.
When he’s not analyzing digital advertising data, Kwasi likes to travel, spend time with family and try new places to eat.
Elia is an AdWords Analyst at Main Street ROI. She has been working in the paid search industry for 4 years and is certified in Google Adwords Search and Display. Elia manages client paid search accounts across many platforms, including Google (Search, Display & Youtube), Bing, Twitter, Linkedin and Facebook.
Elia holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and is an alumnus of the Women’s Business Development Council. When Elia is not working on Main Street ROI projects, she is working with her business IncrediCause, which helps non-profit organizations with digital marketing.
Elia enjoys spending her free time traveling, hiking, sailing, scuba diving, tutoring Spanish, and spending quality time with her 3 sons and husband in Southern CT.
Richard is an SEO Analyst at Main Street ROI. He is responsible for the research and planning of client SEO strategies.
Richard has worked with a wide range of companies over his 8 years in online marketing, from early stage startups to family owned local businesses. His objective is to help clients successfully position themselves in front of their customer base.
Outside of marketing, Richard spends his time playing fantasy basketball, praying for the Knicks to win, attempting to make the perfect cup of coffee and consuming an ungodly amount of burritos per annum.
Originally from Chicago, Mat currently resides in Sacramento with his daughter. Over the years Mat has enjoyed playing in various indie-rock bands, however, he is currently on the wrong side of 30 to ascribe to the rock n’ roll lifestyle. Mat also enjoys snowboarding/skiing in Tahoe, camping, basketball, and travel when time and money allows.
Kirsten earned her Bachelor degree in Medical Imaging and has a minor in Psychology. She moved from the Netherlands, to France and later to the U.S., where she started a new career. She became an online entrepreneur, building, designing and selling websites. Later she moved on to become a freelance web developer assisting clients with their projects, while on the side studying to become a certified web developer.
When not behind a screen, Kirsten enjoys walking with her dogs, playing the piano and – in the Dutch tradition – biking. After school time she is busy taking care of her three kids and enjoys spending time with them.
Member Service Manager
Nicole is the Marketing Coordinator at Main Street ROI. She is responsible for all of the email marketing, product fulfillment, and social media campaigns each and every week.
Before joining the Main Street ROI family, Nicole worked for Grey Direct as an Account Executive on the Chase account. Nicole graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a degree in Speech Communications.
Nicole works primarily from her home office in Stratford, CT while raising her 2 beautiful children, Nathan and Portia.
Junior Marketing Analyst
Michael is a Junior Marketing Analyst at Main Street ROI. He helps research, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns for clients.
Michael is in his fourth year at Hofstra University where he studies marketing and business. He plans to obtain his MBA after graduating.
Outside of school and work Michael spends his time with his family, playing golf with friends, and cheering on the Yankees and the Patriots while shaking his head at the Knicks. He is also an avid fan of European Soccer.
